Continues default in payment leads to cancellation.

In case of delay in water supply, light connection, drainage work by authority, the developers will not be responsible.

Refund in case of cancellation will be made within 30 days from the date of booking of same unit by new client, administrative charges of Rs. 30,000/- and the amount of extra work (if any) will be deducted from refund amount.

Developers reserve Full right to change alter or raise the scheme related measurement, design, drawing or any details herein and such change will be binding to all unconditionally.

Interest shall be charged at the rate of 15% in case of delay in payment as per schedule.
