Long-grained basmati rice, pressure-cooked in tangy tomato-based gravy interspersed with spongy cottage cheese cubes, the paneer pulao is a toothsome treat that will delight your family and friends!
INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Dual Taste Rice

1 teaspoon oil

0.5 Cup sliced onions

1 tablespoon chopped garlic

Salt to taste

0.5 teaspoon garam masala

2 teaspoon butter

1 tablespoon chopped ginger

3 tablespoon tomato puree

1 Cup paneer
-
A pinch of sugar

1 tablespoon curds
-
2 tablespoon chopped coriander
Cooking Method
Step 1 : Heat the oil and butter in a pressure cooker.
Step 2 : Add onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes or till the onions turn translucent.
Step 3 : Add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and sauté on a medium flame for another 1 minute.
Step 4 : Add the tomato purée and sauté again for 1 minute.
Step 5 : Add rice and sauté for another 1 minute.
Step 6 : Add the paneer and sauté for 1 more minute.
Step 7 : Add 2 cups of hot water, salt, sugar, garam masala and curds, mix well and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
Step 8 : Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
Step 9 : Serve hot garnished with coriander.
